Kathryn brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team and is instrumental in mentoring our young solicitors.

Previously a longstanding valued member of the Family Law committee providing input on a wide range of submissions on law reform before she moved back to Queenstown.

Kathryn’s expertise is in advising clients in Aged Care and the Protection of Personal Property Rights Act. With a focus on encouraging people to prepare Enduring Powers of Attorney to spare family distress and possible court proceedings when a relative, partner or friend loses capacity.

Kathryn prides herself on advice and solutions about things that matter most in life – your children, your safety and your financial wellbeing.

Coming from a very busy full-time practice Kathryn is enjoying reduced hours and a chance to give back to others coming through in the profession.
