For the last 20+ years Dale has advised families and business owners throughout the South Island.

Dale is recognised as a specialist in relationship property law; advising how to structure the ownership of assets during a relationship and division of assets when a relationship ends whether that is by separation or death, that work regularly requires advise on complex structures including trust property and companies.

She is a Ministry of Justice appointed Lawyer for the Child, a Youth Advocate, and acts in Hague Convention applications.

Dale believes the measure of her success as a lawyer is making a difference for her client. She is passionate about facilitating sustainable positive change.
